Conditions of Use

Only e-mail orders are accepted.
On receipt of you’re e-mail the order becomes binding.
With the mailing of an order you confirm your adult status and that you are not breaking the
laws of your country and that the ordered item will not be passed on to a minor.
In the event of a price change, the price on the day of the order will apply.

Terms of payment:

All prices include 8,0 % VAT, and exclude cost of delivery.

X-Glass.com currently offers the following methods of payment:

-Payment by cash on delivery, only Switzerland + 15.00 SF.
-Advance payment
-Payment with PayPal

For Advance payment you transfer the invoice amount to us against your order number within 5 days of ordering.
Immediately on receipt of payment the item will be sent to you.
With international credit transfers please use IBAN and BIC or SWIFT-Code.

Minimum order:

There is no minimum order value. Wether you purchase one or more items we welcome your order.

Exchange:

For reasons of hygiene it is not possible to exchange items!
Likewise exchange is also not possible for reasons of dissatisfaction.
Only items that arrive damaged can be exchanged.

Our business is exclusively based on Swiss law. With your order you accept these conditions.
